Nattukku Oru Nallavan

Nattukku Oru Nallavan is a Tamil, Kannada and Telugu film which has story, screenplay, dialogues and direction by V. Ravichandran. The film was simultaneously released in Kannada and Telugu under the Shanti Kranti title in 1991. Akkineni Nagarjuna was the lead in Telugu version while Rajinikanth was in the lead in Tamil version. Incidentally, all the versions failed at the boxoffice and Ravichandran incurred huge losses. The music was composed by Hamsalekha The film also starring Juhi Chawla, Kushboo and Manorama among others was released in 1991.

V. Ravichandran announced that Shanti Kranti will be a expensive project in his career. He decided to direct in three languages Kannada, Tamil, Telugu. Tamil version was titled Naattukku Oru Nallavan. Ravichandran played the lead role in Kannada version, he played Ramesh Aravinds character in Tamil and Telugu versions. Rajinikanth and Nagarjuna were the lead actors in Tamil and Telugu versions.All the three versions of the film became a failure in box office but Rajini was apperciated by the film fraternity instead of his busy schedule he agreed to act for the good relationship he had with Veeraswami. ........
